My favorite so far!Great book! I am really liking this series. It's one that I just picked up out of curiousity and it has turned out to be a good one. This particular book is in the running as favorite of the three I've read so far. I love Styx and the introduction of the werewolves added something new to this world of the Guardians of Eternity and I hope we get to see how Salvatore saves his pack. Even though he was the "bad guy" in this book, I have a feeling there is something more to him, something honorable
Okay, these books are getting more interesting as i keep reading ahead. Not just interesting but better, and full of action as well as passion. The concept of Weres in this story is different from others and its very unromantic, kind of brutal as they use females for just producing children.Its not fair to the females. I got fond of Styx and Darcy, they are a good match for each other. Also Levet the gargoyle's character is very intriguing. His sense of humor is good. So yeah i want to keep

I just realized after 3 books that once this author picks a term of endearment thats it. In this one its angel. Angel this. Angel that. Angel. Angel. Angel. I never realized how annoying it could be. The first book was Lover, the second book was... I completely forgot. And in this one he calls her Angel. Its not even important its just so
I liked this as much as the 2nd book and more than the first, maybe more than the 2nd. In this one they bring the wolves in the picture. The wolves are a dying breed and have there grievances. The vampires control them but they've decided that they must push back or die out. Styxx, who is the head of the vampires, the Anasso, decides to force the King of the werewolves to talk to him, and try to control him, by taking a human that Styxx knows Salvatore has been searching for. Another step up on the Guardians of Eternity ladder. As this series improves, it does get better and better. This may be because Ivy is improving herself, or because we are simply learning more about this world and therefore being sucked deeper into it as time progresses.Still a very light weight read, great for the holiday period, nothing to really challenge you nor make you gasp for breath. This is not a series I am likely to read again and again like the Karen Chance novels, but it is a cute
