Great summer read...easy to get lost in another world that we all day dreamed about when we were young and at the beach!! Looking forward to the next one.

I was so excited about this book. I was thinking it would be a fantasy tale filled with mer people or something of that nature but after reading more than 100pages in it still wasn't happening. I'm putting this one back on the shelf because I have several other books that are calling. This is one that I may come back to and try again when my TBR is diminished. But for now it just wasn't happening.

I enjoy the book, I just wish it would have moved along a little faster. All in all a good read and one that my daughter also enjoyed very much.
