Ilustration Toward Books The Certainty of Violet & Luke (The Coincidence #5)
Violet Hayes’s life is a mess. Between her stalker, Preston, refusing to leave her alone, her parents’ case still being unsolved, and falling behind in school, she always feels on the verge of losing it. When some unexpected news comes her way, it’s the final straw and she ends up doing something that almost costs her life. Thankfully, she survives and makes a promise to herself to put her life back together and to try and figure out exactly how she feels about Luke Price, the one person that’s always there for her.But as a recovering alcoholic and gambler, Luke has his own struggles to overcome. He’s also fallen in love with Violet, but fears telling her the truth, that it will scare her away or worse, she won’t reciprocate the feeling. Plus, there never seems to be a right time to say it, either the case, Preston, or life getting in the way.
Can the two of them ever get enough peace in their lives to conquer their fears and finally tell each other the truth about how they feel?

MICHELLE'S REVIEWLovers. I am not even sure how to write this review. I don't know if I can come up the words to accurately describe how I feel about this book- about this series really.I am a fan of Jessica Sorensen. If you've followed our blog anytime in the last year- you would know that because I have read and reviewed almost everything she has written. And everything has blown me away. Jessica does not skimp on emotion. She forces you to feel EVERYTHING on every page. I mean everything. YouSo thrilled it's over. I do feel like this mini series wasn't good enough. I honestly could have skipped them and went right into book 6.
3.5 StarsViolet and Luke have had nothing but heartache and turmoil most of their lives. In the last two books we saw Violet and Luke come together over their troubled past, and then learn that Lukes mother may be linked to Violets parents death.Certainty begins with Luke trying to protect Violet, since she is quickly spiraling out of control.I feel horrible saying this, but Violets behavior in this book exhausted me. I understand she has been through hell and back, but I am not sure how much
Actual Rating: 4.5This was a fantastic read. I really loved every minute of it. The story continues right where fourth book left off. In this book, we see Violet go into the same sort of state that Kayden went through. Not knowing what love is and needing something to take away the pain or to feel hopeless. It was sad to see her vulnerable side. I loved Luke in this book because he showed the more compassionate and understanding side to his character. He has given up drinking and gambling and
3 STARS FOR "THE CERTAINTY OF VIOLET AND LUKE" BY JESSICA SORENSEN "I'm ready to go home." Her speech is slurred and tears start dripping out of her eyes. This has happened many times so I know exactly what to do. I scoop her up and carry her out of the house, taking her home just like she asked. Synopsis: In the conclusion of Luke and Violet's story, things turn on its head for the couple. Luke is ready to commit himself to her, but Violet is afraid. Afraid of Preston, her former foster parent
3.5-4 Certain Stars!! Nothing can be erased in life. Life is permanent, from the breaths we take to the decisions we make. Luke & Violets journey has been tumultuous, its been hard to read at times, emotional and there were points that were just down right depressing. The conclusion and third book of their story still had the heartache and struggles, but it also had hope. Maybe just because one of them was keeping it together, I felt like there was more promise that they would be able
Jessica is one of my favorite story tellers. I have a soft spot in my heart for all her characters. Luke is my favorite and I loved this stories progression through each book. Perfect ending for me.
