Once in a while I'll pick up a book I simply don't want to put down. I was so immersed in this small book that the present day and the world's many troubles all melted away. No small fete! With beautiful prose, Alice took me on a wonderful journey through time and space at a farm in Cape Cod. When I finished the book, I hugged it to my chest because I loved it soooooo much.
